Fortune Lotus Return & Exchange Policy
At Fortune Lotus, your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Original shipping fees, gift wrapping, and service charges are non-refundable.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund appears delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us at support@fortunelotus.com for assistance.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges are offered for the same product only, and once processed, they are no longer eligible for refunds.
Gifts
If you received a gift item directly:

You may receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer’s payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Defective items purchased within 1 year (with proof of purchase) may qualify for a 50% off replacement code as part of our customer care program.
Returns Without a Provided Label
If you choose to ship your return using your own carrier, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Fortune Lotus is not responsible for lost packages without valid tracking information.
Return Address
Do not return items to the address printed on your package.
