Processing & Delivery Time

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before processing.
Once an order has shipped, address changes or redirection are unfortunately not possible.
Tracking Orders

Tracking Delays
For handcrafted or customized products, tracking updates may take 3 – 5 days to appear after dispatch due to international transit procedures.
Updates will refresh automatically once the package reaches the international sorting center.
